本实验是低功率密度激光及其相干性和偏振性的生物作用研究。用波长为633毫微米,剂量为2.2焦耳/平方厘米,但分别为相干偏振、相干非偏振、非相干偏振和非相干非偏振四种光波幅照家兔实验性伤口,做了60只家兔的360个实验性伤口的实验。在观察伤口愈合速度的同时,分期分12批取1080个标本,每标本观察12项光镜指标。结果显示了所有这四种光都能促进伤口愈合,都使愈合提前3~4天以上,都能促进伤口内巨噬细胞胞浆中酯酶含量增加,都能促进上皮再生、附件再生和成纤维细胞再生及其各自细胞核内DNA含量增加。上述各指标与空白对照组比都具有统计学上的显著性差异,但在各实验组之间未见相干与非相干的差异,也未见偏振与非偏振的差异。
This experiment is a low power density laser and its coherence and polarization of the biological role of research.
