作为我国的工业基地,工业经济始终是沈阳经济发展的命脉。近两年来,沈阳市委、市政府坚持“工业立市”的指导思想,使沈阳工业在巩固国有企业三年改革脱困成果的基础上,保持了持续、健康的发展。2001年,沈阳市完成工业增加值482亿元,规模以上工业实现产值826.6亿元,分别比上年增长9.5％和10.3％。工业战线实际利用外资和合同外资分别比上年增长30.4％和30％,成为全市对外开放的主力军。今年1～9月,规模以上工业实现产值638.5亿元,同比增长16％
As China’s industrial base, the industrial economy has always been the lifeblood of Shenyang’s economic development. In the past two years, Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have adhered to the guiding ideology of “building a city through industry”, which has enabled Shenyang Industry to maintain a sustained and healthy development on the basis of consolidating the achievements of the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises. In 2001, the industrial added value of Shenyang was 4.82 billion yuan, and the output value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 82.66 billion yuan, up by 9.5% and 10.3% respectively over the previous year. The actual utilization of foreign capital and contractual foreign investment in the industrial front increased by 30.4% and 30% respectively over the previous year, becoming the main force for the opening up of the city. From January to September this year, the output value of industries above designated size reached 63.85 billion yuan, up 16% year-on-year
