目的观察谷红注射液联合氟桂利嗪治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月—2015年10月兰州军区临潼疗养院收治的TIA患者136例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合静脉滴注谷红注射液;两组患者均连续治疗15 d。比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标(包括全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及血浆纤维蛋白原水平)及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及血浆纤维蛋白原水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及血浆纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而治疗后对照组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论谷红注射液联合氟桂利嗪治疗TIA的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者血液流变学指标。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gu-hong injection and flunarizine in treating transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods A total of 136 TIA patients admitted to Lintong Sanatorium of Lanzhou Military Command from May 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 68 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group patients were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule, and the observation group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule and Gutian Injection. The patients in both groups were given continuous treatment for 15 days. Hemorheology indexes (including whole blood high-shear viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen level) and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity, the whole blood low-cut viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the plasma fibrinogen level before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the high blood viscosity, Low blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen levels were lower in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group of patients with high blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma fibrinogen were lower than before treatment (P <0.05), while the control group of patients with high blood viscosity of whole blood, Shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma fibrinogen levels compared with before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gu-hong injection combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of TIA has definite clinical curative effect, which can effectively improve the hemorheological parameters of patients.
