目的:观察宫清颗粒对药物流产患者绒毛及蜕膜中凋亡执行蛋白酶半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)及半胱氨酸蛋白酶-8(Caspase-8)的影响,探讨宫清颗粒防治药流后出血的可能机制。方法:将180例药物流产患者随机分为宫清颗粒组、茜芷对照组及药流对照组,同时设人工流产组60例;运用免疫组化法,观察各组Caspase-3、8的表达情况。结果:宫清颗粒组药流后绒毛及蜕膜Caspase-3、8的表达均较其他3组明显提高,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:宫清颗粒与米非司酮具有协同作用,使绒毛、蜕膜中Caspase-3、8含量升高,可能通过细胞膜途径,促进滋养层细胞和蜕膜组织凋亡增加而防治药物流产后出血。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gongqing granule on caspase-3 and caspase-8 in villus and decidua in patients with medical abortion, Particles prevent bleeding after abortion may mechanism. Methods: 180 cases of medical abortion were randomly divided into Gongqing granule group, Qianzhi control group and drug flow control group, with 60 cases of induced abortion group. Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expression of Caspase-3, . Results: The expression of caspase-3, 8 in the chongqing granule group after abortion was significantly higher than the other three groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Gongqing granule has a synergistic effect with mifepristone, which increases the content of Caspase-3 and 8 in the villi and decidua, and may increase the apoptosis of trophoblast cells and decidua through the cell membrane and prevent the drug from abortion Bleeding.
