通过均匀试验及多元线性回归分析法对修磨刀转速、修磨压力、修磨时间与修磨量的关系进行了系列研究。结果表明,修磨刀转速X_1、修磨压力X_2、修磨时间X_3等3个因素与修磨量Y的关系可以表示为Y=-0.24+6.95×10~(-5)X_1+1.23×10~(-4)X_2+0.05X_3,其影响显著性从大到小的顺序分别为:修磨时间、修磨压力和修磨刀转速,且其较优水平的组合为修磨刀转速225 r/min、修磨压力1 800 N、修磨时间2.5 s。
Through the uniform test and multiple linear regression analysis of grinding knife speed, grinding pressure, grinding time and grinding amount of a series of studies. The results show that the relationship between the three factors, grinding speed X_1, grinding pressure X_2, grinding time X_3 and grinding amount Y can be expressed as Y = -0.24 + 6.95 × 10 -5 × 1.23 × 10 ~ (-4) X_2 + 0.05X_3, the order of the significant descending order of influence is: grinding time, grinding pressure and sharpening speed, and the optimal combination of grinding speed is 225r / min, grinding pressure 1800 N, grinding time 2.5 s.
