目的研究慢性应激对大鼠T型水迷宫线索学习和逆反学习能力的影响。方法大鼠经4周慢性不可预测应激后,利用本实验室创建的T型水迷宫装置,训练大鼠进行灯光信号-站台条件化学习直至达到设定的学习标准,然后进行逆反学习训练。结果应激组大鼠达到信号学习标准的学习次数为(30±2.81)次,与对照组[(32±2.98)次]的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但达到逆反学习标准的学习次数[(45±4.2)次]较对照组[(31±2.8)次]显著地增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性应激对大鼠T型水迷宫线索学习和逆反学习产生不同的影响,应激明显损害了逆反学习任务的获得。
Objective To investigate the effect of chronic stress on clue learning and anti-retrogression in T-shaped water maze rats. Methods After chronic unpredicted stress for 4 weeks, the rats were trained to perform light signal-platform conditional learning until the set learning standard was achieved, and then trained for reverse learning. Results There was no significant difference between the stress group and the control group [(32 ± 2.98)] (P <0.05), while the number of learning to reach the signal learning standard was (30 ± 2.81) times in the stressed group (45 ± 4.2) times compared with control group (31 ± 2.8), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chronic stress has different effects on cue and reflex learning of T-shaped water maze. Stress significantly impairs the acquisition of reflexive learning tasks.
