作者自1980年采用血卟啉衍生物(HpD)、氩离子染料激光,对肺癌进行光动力疗法(photodynamictherapy,简称PDT)方法Photophyrin Ⅰ2.5~5mg/kg、Photophyrin Ⅱ2mg/kg 静脉注射,48~72小时后用组织透过性较强的630nm 氩离子染料激光,通过气管镜进行照射(使用Cooper Laser Sonics 770D 机器)。对象伴有癌性阻塞或重度支气管狭窄病人53例,包括鳞癌35例、腺癌7例、小细胞癌4例和大细胞癌7例。治疗效果对重度支气管狭窄的病例,按不同的肿瘤部位,其扩张效果分别为:在1个气管病灶中,有1个病灶,10个支气管病灶中有7个病灶,33个叶支气管病
The authors have used hemoporphyrin derivative (HpD) and argon ion dye laser since 1980 to perform photodynamic therapy (PDT) on lung cancer Photophyrin I 2.5-5mg/kg, Photophyrin II 2mg/kg IV, 48- After 72 hours, irradiation with a tissue-permeable 630 nm argon ion dye laser was performed through a bronchoscope (using a Cooper Laser Sonics 770D machine). Subjects were accompanied by cancerous obstruction or severe bronchial stenosis in 53 patients, including 35 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 7 cases of adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of small cell carcinoma and 7 cases of large cell carcinoma. Treatment Effect For severe bronchial stenosis cases, according to different tumor sites, the expansion effects were: 1 lesion in 1 tracheal lesion, 7 lesions in 10 bronchial lesions, 33 leaf bronchial diseases
