采用热场发射扫描电镜和能谱仪对比研究了武钢、宝钢和新日铁55SiCr悬臂用弹簧钢夹杂物的控制水平.结果表明新日铁弹簧钢采用铝脱氧工艺冶炼获得了较高的洁净度,武钢和宝钢弹簧钢均采用控铝脱氧工艺,但夹杂物塑性化控制水平仍有待提高.对武钢55SiCr悬臂用弹簧钢的冶炼过程系统取样,分析了夹杂物成分的演变规律;根据热力学计算的结果,提出了55SiCr弹簧钢夹杂物塑性化控制的建议,应将[O]控制在0.0009%~0.0020%,[Al]控制在0.0002%~0.0008%.
The control level of inclusions in 55SiCr cantilever spring steel of WISCO, Baosteel and Nippon Steel were compared using thermal field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results show that the Nippon Steel spring steel is obtained by aluminum deoxidation process to obtain higher cleanliness , Wuhan Iron and Steel and Baosteel spring steel are used aluminum deoxidation process, but the inclusion plasticity control level still needs to be improved.Wuangong 55SiCr cantilever spring steel smelting process system sampling, analysis of the composition of inclusions evolution law; calculated according to thermodynamics As a result, the plasticity control of 55SiCr spring steel inclusions is put forward.
