陈步峰先生系中国服务文化开创者。中国企业文化研究会研究员,中国酒店管理学会副会长。致力于服务文化的研究传播,发表文章400余篇,出版《成败大扫描——服务文化案例启示录》《打造金牌服务》《服务文化决胜未来》等系列专著。先后为建设部、国网公司、建总行、工总行、上海大众、上海地铁、深圳国寿等全国数百家企事业单位培训咨询服务文化系列课程,引起各界的强烈关注和反响。步峰荣获中国企业文化贡献奖创新奖。近日,中国电力报记者李柏生对陈步峰先生进行了采访。
Mr. Chen Bufeng is the founder of China’s service culture. China Enterprise Culture Research Fellow, China Hotel Management Society vice president.
