本文介绍用蒸馏数据和比重等物性常数来估算汽油溶剂的溶解参数,并与溶胀法和特性粘度法测定结果进行比较;估算值和实验值很接近。北京胜利化工厂70—105℃抽余油、南京长江炼油厂67—110℃抽余油和上海高桥化工厂90—120℃加氢汽油的溶解参数分别为7.25,7.28和7.40。由溶胀法、特性粘度法和平均法测得北京胜利化工厂顺丁橡胶的溶解参数为8.7。抽余油是顺丁橡胶的不良溶剂,单独使用时,会造成严重挂胶;配用适量芳烃可能是解决挂胶问题的途径。
This article describes the use of distillation data and specific gravity constants to estimate the solubility parameters of gasoline solvents, and with the swelling method and the measured results of intrinsic viscosity comparison; the estimated value and the experimental value is very close. Beijing Shengli Chemical Plant 70-105 ℃ raffinate oil, Nanjing Changjiang Refinery 67-110 ℃ raffinate oil and Shanghai Takahashi Chemical Plant 90-120 ℃ hydrogenated gasoline solubility parameters were 7.25,7.28 and 7.40. By the swelling method, the intrinsic viscosity method and the average method to measure Beijing Shengli Chemical Factory butadiene rubber dissolution parameters of 8.7. Raffinate oil is a poor solvent for butadiene rubber, which, when used alone, can cause severe gumming; using an appropriate amount of aromatics may be a solution to the problem of gumming.
