本文提出了解放牌汽车动力传动系的力学模型,测定了解放牌汽车动力传动系零件的结构参数,应用SAP5结构分析程序计算了解放牌动力传动系扭转振动的固有特性,并实际测量了解放牌汽车动力传动系的扭矩。试验表明,解放牌汽车动力传动系存在严重的扭转振动。研究指出,采用弹性摩擦式减振器、惯性摩擦式减振器、柔性万向节等减振措施,对减少解放牌汽车动力传动系的扭转振动都有良好效果。
In this paper, the mechanics model of Jiefangpai vehicle powertrain is put forward. The structural parameters of Jiefangpai vehicle powertrain components are measured. The inherent characteristics of Jiefangpai powertrain torsional vibration are calculated by SAP5 structural analysis program. Automotive powertrain torque. Tests show that there is a serious torsion vibration in Jiefangpai Automobile Powertrain. The research indicates that the vibration reduction measures such as elastic friction damper, inertial friction damper and flexible universal joint have good effect on reducing the torsional vibration of Jiefangpai vehicle powertrain.
