目前,企业的老技工、老技师们普遍不愿意带徒弟,使许多岗位上的绝技、绝活儿面临绝迹的危险。笔者最近在基层班组走访老技工了解到,师傅不愿带徒弟的主要原因有以下几点: 一是技术保守不愿带。老技工们担心“教会徒弟,饿死师傅”。尤其是一些中年师傅,他们这种思想更为明显。认为自己过去吃大苦耐大劳,向师傅讨来的这点技术来之不易,是付出了很多才得来的,也是自己在本职岗位上受尊宠的资本。担心别人学走了技术,自己会在领导面前失宠,甚至保不住饭碗。
