目的 :制备胃安冲剂 ,制定质量控制标准。方法 :用C18-ODS为固定相 ,乙晴 -水 -冰乙酸 (15∶10∶1)为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为294nm。结果 :厚朴酚浓度线性范围为0 075～0 525μg/ml ,r=0 9989。样品平均回收率为98 53 % (n=6) ,相对标准差为0 42 % (n=6)。结论 :该方法适用于胃安冲剂的质量控制
Objective : To prepare Wei An Granules and establish quality control standards. Method : C18-ODS was used as the stationary phase, B(oCH)-water-glacial acetic acid (15:10:1) was used as the mobile phase, and UV detection wavelength was 294 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of honokiol concentration was 0 075 to 0 525 μg/ml, r=0 9989. The average sample recovery was 98 53 % (n=6) with a relative standard deviation of 0 42 % (n=6). Conclusion : This method is suitable for the quality control of Wei An granules
