某型导弹导引部件伺服功放板采用的是差动式电子伺服放大器。该型产品导引部件在生产过程中发现不同的测试设备测试同一导引部件的通道耦合值差别过大,产品调试质量受到严重质疑。通过对伺服功放板的工作原理进行工程分析,并通过一系列的实验验证,找到了通道耦合测试问题的原因所在,并给出了解决方案。差动式电子伺服放大器在导弹控制中有着广泛的应用,结合本文的研究可以避免类似问题的发生,提高产品设计质量。
A missile guidance component servo amplifier board is used in the differential servo amplifier.
