四川省宜宾县是综合体制改革试点县之一。近几年来，该县以改革企业产权制度为突破口，在深化县级综合改革．促进经济发展方面取得了较好的成绩。本文论述了宜宾县围绕产权制度改革所进行的有益探索，为中小企业的改革和县级经济发展提供了可资借鉴的经验和启示。
Yibin County in Sichuan Province is one of the pilot counties in comprehensive system reform. In recent years, the county has reformed the enterprise property rights system as a breakthrough, deepening county comprehensive reform. We have achieved better results in promoting economic development. This article discusses the beneficial explorations carried out in the reform of the property rights system in Yibin County and provides lessons for the reform of SMEs and the economic development at the county level.
