基础教育是一个复杂的系统工程。党的十六大提出要用科学发展观来指导我们的工作;同样,上海的基础教育工作也要用科学发展观来引领,要用辩证唯物主义的观点来分析指导我们面临的问题和任务。在上海教育的硬件建设取得显著成绩的同时,我们要更加重视基础教育的内涵发展。1.树立科学的人才观、教育观。人才的成长有自身的科学的规律,学校教育要尊重人的成长规律和发展方式,教师的教和学生的学都要符合人的认知规律和成长规律。我们教育工作者不但要给孩子传授知识,更要研究教育教学的内在因素和机制。比如要防止简单灌输、拔苗助长的倾向,不是任何教育内容
