合成了一个新的配合物[Cd(HIDC)2·(H2O)2](H2IDC-=1H-咪唑-4,5二羧酸单阴离子),并对其进行了元素分析、IR、TG和单晶X射线的结构表征。结果表明:配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶胞参数为a=0.50417(10)nm,b=2.3068(5)nm,c=0.66773(13)nm,β=111.30(3)°。V=0.7235(3)nm3,Z=2,Mr=458.63,Dc=2.105g/cm3,μ=1.577mm-1,F(000)=452,最终R=0.0373,wR=0.1451。镉原子与两个不同配体H2IDC-中的咪唑上的氮原子、羧基氧原子以及水分子配位,且形成了六配位八面体构型。配合物由分子间氢键构筑成了三维超分子氢键网络结构。
A new complex [Cd (HIDC) 2 · (H2O) 2] (H2IDC- = 1H-imidazole-4,5 dicarboxylic acid monoanion) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and Structural Characterization of X-ray Crystals. The results show that the crystal of the complex belongs to the monoclinic system with a space group of P21 / n. The unit cell parameters are a = 0.50417 (10) nm, b = 2.3068 (5) nm, c = 0.66773 (13) nm and β = 111.30 (3) °. V = 0.7235 (3) nm3, Z = 2, Mr = 458.63, Dc = 2.105 g / cm3, μ = 1.577 mm- 1, F (000) = 452, final R = 0.0373, wR = 0.1451. The cadmium atoms coordinate to nitrogen, carboxyl oxygen, and water molecules on the imidazole in two different ligands, H2IDC-, and form a hexacoordinated octahedral configuration. Complexes formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonding into a three-dimensional supramolecular hydrogen bond network structure.
