芫蒿(Wikstroemia chamaedaphne Meissn)为瑞香科植物,药用其叶。对急、慢性肝炎均有较好疗效,经药理与临床证实其有效成分为黄酮甙类,通过鉴定业已投产。该草药已载入中国药典1977年版。从芫蒿叶中按常法提得的总黄酮甙,含有甲、乙、丙及丁等四种成分,其中以乙为主要成分。此成分为黄色粒状晶,微溶于水、甲醇、乙醇,溶于热醇和稀醇中,难溶于氯仿、乙醚等。mp 251.5~252.5℃。α-萘酚、浓硫酸反应阳性,镁粉、盐酸反应显橙红色,与三氯化铁试剂显棕色。根据质谱及元素分析,分子
Wikstroemia chamaedaphne Meissn is a plant of the family Reediaceae and its medicinal leaves are used. It has good curative effect on acute and chronic hepatitis. Its pharmacologically and clinically proven active ingredients are flavonoids and have been put into production through identification. The herb has been included in the 1977 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The total flavonoids extracted from the leaves of garland chrysanthemum by the common method contain four components of A, B, C, and D, of which B is the main component. This component is yellow granular crystals, slightly soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, soluble in hot alcohols and dilute alcohols, hardly soluble in chloroform, ether and so on.
