我公司于1976年试制成功的ZB——115型混凝土空心板推挤机(图1)。它具有结构简单,制造容易,能量消耗低,生产效率高,产品质量好,劳动强度低,维修方便,易于普及等优点。经过一年多的操作证明,使用该机生产包括运输混凝土在内共3～4人,成型速度1.2米/分,台班产量500米,而且所生产的构件,经荷载检验,各项指标都达到了设计要求。
Our company successfully prototyped the ZB-115 concrete hollow slab pusher in 1976 (Figure 1). It has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, good product quality, low labor intensity, convenient maintenance and easy popularization. After more than one year of operation, it has been proved that the machine is used to produce 3 to 4 people, including transportation concrete, with a molding speed of 1.2 m/min, and the output of the shift is 500 meters. The components produced are subjected to load inspection and all indicators are verified. Reached design requirements.
