通过静态法及离心法研究了聚合物(HPAM)对O/W型及W/O型两种乳状液稳定性的影响;采用单滴法探讨了聚合物影响乳状液及其液膜稳定性的微观机理。结果表明,聚合物显著地增加O/W型乳状液及水膜的稳定性,对W/O型乳状液及油膜稳定性影响不大;聚合物与吸附剂膜间存在相互作用,相互作用程度因界面上吸附剂不同而异。由于聚合物为水溶性高分子,能够在连续水相一侧形成粘性膜及增大空间阻力,所以它可以增加水膜强度从而减小水膜排液速度及破裂速度。聚合物水解度越高,这种影响越大。
The effect of polymer (HPAM) on the stability of O / W and W / O emulsions was studied by static method and centrifugation method.
