班主任是学校教育与家庭教育沟通的桥梁,班主任与家长的有效沟通在构建和谐家校关系中显得尤为重要。针对学校年轻班主任多,工作热情高,教育经验缺乏等状况,我们将“班主任的家校沟通能力”作为班主任育德能力校本培训的项目之一,收到了良好的效果。 Class teacher is a bridge between school education and family education. The effective communication between class teacher and parents is particularly important in building harmonious family-home relations. In response to the fact that there are many young teachers in schools, high enthusiasm for work and lack of educational experience, we have received “good results” as one of the school-based training programs for headteachers in our school.
