目的 探讨CX4 3与癫痫之间的关系。方法 利用免疫组织化学方法、Westernblot方法测定KA致痫后大鼠不同脑区、不同时程的CX4 3的分布及表达。结果 KA致痫后大鼠的大脑皮层及海马均有CX4 3阳性表达。KA致痫后3h大鼠的海马各区及皮层CX4 3阳性细胞数逐渐增多,并持续上升,时程越长阳性细胞数目越多。上述变化在海马比皮层明显。结论 星形胶质细胞的缝隙连接与癫痫的发生和发展上有密切联系。
Objective To explore the relationship between CX4 3 and epilepsy. Methods The distribution and expression of CX4 3 in different brain regions and different time courses of KA-induced epilepsy rats were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Results The expression of CX4 3 in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of KA-induced seizures rats was positive. After 3 hours of KA, the number of CX4 3 positive cells in hippocampus and cortex of rats gradually increased and continued to increase, the longer the time course, the more the number of positive cells. The above changes in the hippocampus than the cortex obvious. Conclusion The gap junction of astrocytes is closely related to the occurrence and development of epilepsy.
