Wine is used for medical practice and originated very early. In the “Inner Canon”, there are about four parties using alcohol to cure diseases, Zhongjing “typhoid fever” and “Golden Pedigree”. In addition to the hybrid therapy, there are sixteen prescriptions used for wine. Historical monographs about Materia Medica, such as the “Compendium of Materia Medica”, “Herbal Rejuvenation”, “Preparation of Herbal Medicine,” and other documents, have a detailed discussion of the functions and applications of liquor. In the “Introduction to Medicine” written by Li Ming in the Ming Dynasty, there were twenty-four formulas for medicinal wine; in the “Selected Compendium of Compendium Submissions in the Outline of Compendium of Materia Medica,”
