In this paper, the optimization of plate and shell structure is incorporated into the optimization program system DDDU-2 of the rod-membrane-beam composite structure, so as to develop a DDDU-3 program system optimized for rod-membrane-beam-shell combination structure. The system contains a variety of units that can handle the optimal design of the combined structure and has good practicality. In DDDU-3, triangular flat shell elements based on discrete Kirchhoff assumptions are used. Numerous numerical tests and long-term experience have shown that this is an effective unit. In the program, the stress constraint is given in the form of considerable stress.
