目的寻求一种简单、快速、准确的仪器方法标定硝酸银和硫代硫酸钠滴定溶液。方法利用自动电位滴定法与人工滴定法分别对0.1mol/L硝酸银和0.1mol/L硫代硫酸钠2种滴定溶液平行标定10次,对其结果进行比较分析。结果用自动电位滴定法和人工滴定法标定0.1mol/L硝酸银和0.1mol/L硫代硫酸钠滴定溶液,其均值差异均无统计学意义。结论 2种方法标定0.1mol/硝酸银和硫代硫酸钠滴定溶液的结果一致,自动电位滴定法是目前实验室值得推广应用的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To seek a simple, rapid and accurate instrument to calibrate silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate titration solution. Methods Two kinds of titration solutions of 0.1 mol / L silver nitrate and 0.1 mol / L sodium thiosulfate were titrated 10 times by potentiometric titration and manual titration respectively. The results were compared and analyzed. Results The titration solution of 0.1 mol / L silver nitrate and 0.1 mol / L sodium thiosulfate was calibrated by automatic potentiometric titration and manual titration. The mean differences were not statistically significant. Conclusions The results of two methods for the titration of 0.1 mol / silver nitrate and sodium thiosulfate solution are consistent. The automatic potentiometric titration method is worth popularizing and applying in the laboratory at present.
