目的:探讨高中生应对方式。方法:采用应对方式量表对892名高中生进行测定。结果:高中生运用不同应对因子由多到少依次为自我依赖、寻求帮助、内化、回避、外化;在寻求帮助和外化因子上存在极其显著的性别差异;在寻求帮助、自我依赖和外化因子上存在极显著的年级差异。结论:高中生需要应对方式的指导和帮助,从而增强其学校适应性,有利于身心健康。
Objective: To explore the coping style of high school students. Methods: 892 high school students were measured using coping style scale. Results: The high school students use different coping factors to become self-reliant in more or less order, seeking help, internalization, avoidance and externalization. There are extremely significant gender differences in seeking help and externalization factors. When seeking help, self-dependence and There are very significant grade differences in externalization factors. Conclusion: Senior high school students need guidance and help to cope with the situation, so as to enhance their school adaptability and promote their physical and mental health.
