在KC,VW和MS三种基本培养基中,MS最适宜万带兰种子的萌发。外加香蕉汁100 g/L可明显提高种子发芽率并促进幼苗生长。 MS加BA(0.5~1 mg/L)和NAA(0.05 mg/L)可诱导万带兰种子在膨大后产生愈伤组织,在试验条件下,BA用量在0.5 mg/L以上时,与愈伤组织产生呈正相关,而与种子发芽率却呈负相关。MS加BA0.3 mg/L,NAA0.05 mg/L有利于万带兰幼苗的生长,同时酪蛋白水解物和香蕉汁均对生长有促进作用。活性炭可有效防止幼苗变褐死亡。未见NaOH处理万带兰种子和黑暗条件能影响其萌发,但播种密度对种子萌发有影响,呈现“群体效应”。
In KC, VW and MS three kinds of basic medium, MS is most suitable for the germination of Wanlan seeds. The addition of banana juice 100 g / L can significantly improve the seed germination rate and promote seedling growth. MS plus BA (0.5 ~ 1 mg / L) and NAA (0.05 mg / L) could induce the seed of Wanlan orchid to produce callus after swelling. Under the experimental conditions, when the dosage of BA was above 0.5 mg / L, Wound tissue was positively correlated with the seed germination rate but negatively correlated. MS plus BA0.3 mg / L and NAA0.05 mg / L were beneficial to the growth of seedlings of Wannianlan, while casein hydrolyzate and banana juice all promoted the growth. Activated carbon can effectively prevent seedlings browning. No NaOH treatment Wanlan seeds and dark conditions can affect the germination, but the sowing density on seed germination, showing “group effect ”.
