目的:探讨护理风险管理在呼吸科护理中的实施效果。方法:选取2016年1~5月60例在医院呼吸科治疗的患者作为对照组,在护理中实施常规护理管理;另选取医院2016年6~10月60例呼吸科治疗的患者作为观察组,在护理中实施护理风险管理。治疗结束后,通过发放问卷的模式,调查比较两组的护理投诉率、患者对护理满意度、及护理过程中的服务态度。结果:观察组患者的护理总评情况、服务态度调查情况、患者满意度情况均显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将护理风险管理实施到呼吸科护理中,可满足患者的身心需要,减少呼吸科的患者投诉率,避免护理纠纷的产生,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,切实改善护理质量,深化和推进了整体护理工作,从而取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing risk management in respiratory care. Methods: Sixty patients from January to May 2016 in the Department of Respiratory Medicine were selected as the control group, and routine nursing management was carried out in the nursing department. Conclusion: The implementation of nursing risk management in respiratory care can meet the needs of patients with physical and mental health, reduce the patient complaint rate in respiratory department, avoid the occurrence of nursing disputes, improve patient satisfaction with nursing services, improve the quality of nursing care, Promote the overall care work, which has made good social and economic benefits.
