文章采用美国产Power plate pros5TM振动训练器,对武术套路专业学生进行振动训练,经过十周系统的训练测试振动训练对其柔韧性,下肢力量以及难度动作完成情况进行分析测试。结果显示:振动训练后武术套路运动员竖叉横叉水平均有不同程度的提高,下肢柔韧性得到了增强;振动训练对武术套路运动员立定跳远无显著性影响,对纵跳高度存在显著性影响;振动训练在一定程度上能提高武术套路运动员的难度动作完成质量,从而提高武术套路整体演练水平,优化了传统力量训练,是对传统力量训练的补充。
This article uses the American Power plate pros5TM vibration training device to train the students of Wushu routines in vibration training. After ten weeks of system training, the training of vibration training is carried out to analyze and test the completion of their flexibility, lower extremity strength and difficulty movements. The results showed that the Wushu routine athletes’ cross-leg raising increased to different extents and the flexibility of the lower limbs increased after the vibration training. Vibration training had no significant effect on the standing long jump of the Wushu routine players and had a significant effect on the vertical jump height. To a certain extent, vibration training can improve the quality of Wushu routine athletes’ difficulty movements, improve the overall exercise level of Wushu routines and optimize traditional strength training, which is complementary to traditional strength training.
