研究组织变革中员工的心理应付在理论和实践都具有十分重要的意义,而人格因素是影响员工心理应付的重要因素。本文对影响员工心理应付的人格因素类型进行了分析,并提出了相应的管理对策及建议。
It is of great significance both in theory and practice to study the psychological coping of employees in the organizational change. Personality factor is an important factor that affects the staff’s psychological coping. This article analyzes the types of personality factors that affect the psychological coping of employees, and puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions.
