文章以禄劝彝族苗族自治县屏山中学初中教师为例,着重从屏山镇初中教师职业压力的现状分析其产生的原因,从而重点探索缓解新课改视角下民族地区教师职业压力的对策。
Taking the middle school teachers in Pingshan Middle School of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County as an example, the article analyzes the causes of junior middle school teachers’ occupational pressure in Pingshan Town, and then probes into the countermeasures of alleviating the occupational pressure of teachers in ethnic minority areas from the perspective of new curriculum reform.
