构建廉政风险预警干预体系是促进企业从源头预防腐败的根本方法,对提升企业核心竞争力和服务质量具有的重要意义。本研究旨在通过对员工的心理平衡指数以及岗位风险指数进行评估,创建廉政风险预警评价模型,从而对员工“岗位廉政风险”进行有效评估。并根据风险评估结果,结合风险等级、风险成因等因素分析,提供有针对性的干预措施。从而做到了廉政建设的“防”、“控”合一,为丰富企业廉政风险预警干预体系提供参考。
It is of great significance to construct an early warning and intervention system for the integrity of the government to promote corruption prevention among enterprises from the source and to improve their core competitiveness and service quality. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the employee’s psychological balance index and post risk index to create an evaluation model of preemptive risk precaution, so as to effectively evaluate the employee’s “honest and clean” position. And according to the risk assessment results, combined with risk level, risk factors and other factors analysis, provide targeted interventions. So as to achieve a clean government building “prevention ”, “control ” unity, in order to enrich the enterprise clean government risk early warning intervention system to provide a reference.
