我国出版企业的选题战略适应力大致表现为三类:观念僵化型选题战略适应力、创新过度型选题战略适应力及和谐发展型选题战略适应力。出版企业选题战略适应力的大小,直接关系到出版企业整体发展战略的执行力和适应力。在日趋激烈的市场竞争条件下,减小出版企业选题战略适应力差距,提高出版企业选题战略适应力成为每个出版企业努力追求的目标。出版企业要提高选题战略适应力,应采取如下对策:主动管理未来、适时调整发展战略、适时调整组织结构和更新经营理念。
The strategic adaptability of the topics selected by our publishing enterprises can be roughly divided into three categories: the strategic adaptability of rigid selection of topics, the strategic adaptability of innovative overly selective topics and the strategic adaptability of harmoniously developing selected topics. The magnitude of the strategic adaptability of the selected topics of publishing enterprises is directly related to the execution ability and adaptability of the overall development strategy of publishing enterprises. Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market, it is the goal of every publishing enterprise to reduce the gap between the strategic adaptability of publishing enterprises and enhance their strategic adaptability. To improve the strategic adaptability of the selected topics, publishing companies should adopt the following countermeasures: proactively manage the future, timely adjust their development strategies, timely adjust the organizational structure and update their management concepts.
