【目的】对云南湿润生态型的甘蔗细茎野生种F1代创新种质材料进行分类,为提高云南甘蔗细茎野生种F1代创新种质的利用效率提供科学依据。【方法】将集对分析理论与模糊聚类原理相结合,采用同一度分类分析方法对20个云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代的9个主要性状进行分类分析。【结果】20个云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘F1代种质材料被分为8个类型:Ⅰ类包括1个材料,出苗中等,分蘖率低,有效茎少,细茎,低产,低锤度;Ⅱ类包括1个材料,出苗中等,分蘖率高,有效茎多,成茎率高,高产、高锤度;Ⅲ类包括8个材料,占参试材料总数的40%,出苗中等,有效茎数中等,中大茎,中等产量;Ⅳ类包括1个材料,出苗分蘖一般,大茎,高产,低锤度;Ⅴ类包括两个材料,出苗好,分蘖率中等,有效茎数多,中大茎,高产,锤度偏低;Ⅵ类包括5个材料,出苗分蘖好,有效茎数多,中小茎,高产,中等锤度;Ⅶ类包括1个材料,出苗分蘖差,有效茎数少,低产,中大茎,中等锤度;Ⅷ类包括1个材料,出苗一般,分蘖率高,大茎,成茎率不高,高产,中等锤度。【结论】云南湿润生态型甘蔗细茎野生种血缘的F1代创新种质材料同一类型的性状表现基本一致,而不同类型间表现出极大的差异。在云南湿润生态型细茎野生种创新利用研究中,针对性筛选利用不同类型种质材料的优良性状,可降低资源利用的盲目性,从而提高甘蔗细茎野生种资源育种效率。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to classify the F1 germplasm of wetland ecotype sugarcane fine stems in Yunnan Province and provide a scientific basis for improving the utilization efficiency of F1 germplasm in Yunnan sugarcane thin stems. 【Method】 Based on the principle of set pair analysis and fuzzy clustering, nine main characters of F1 progenies from 20 wild stems of Yunnan wet ecological sugarcane stems were classified and analyzed by the same degree classification method. 【Result】 The results showed that there were 8 types of F1 germplasm materials from 20 wild stems of Yunnan eco-friendly sugarcane, which were classified into 1 types, including 1 material with moderate emergence, low tillers, few effective stems, Low brix; class II includes a material, medium emergence, high tillering rate, effective stalks, high stem yield, high yield, high brix; class III includes 8 materials, accounting for 40% of the total number of materials tested, Medium and effective stems medium, medium and large stems, medium yield; Class IV includes a material, the emergence of tillers in general, large stems, high yield, low brix; Class V includes two materials, emergence, tillering rate moderate, effective stem Type Ⅵ, including five materials, good seedling emergence and tillering, the number of effective stems, small stems, high yield, moderate brix; Ⅶ class includes a material, the emergence of poor tillering, The effective stem number is small, low yield, medium and large stems, medium brix; Ⅷ class includes a material, emergence in general, high tillering rate, large stems, into the stem rate is not high, high yield, moderate brix. 【Conclusion】 The results of the same type of traits of the F1 germplasm in the germplasm of Yunnan wetland ecological sugarcane slender stems are basically the same, but different types show great differences. In the research of innovative utilization of Yunnan wet and moist slender stems wild species, targeted selection and utilization of the excellent traits of different types of germplasm materials can reduce the blindness of resource utilization and improve the breeding efficiency of wild stem species resources of sugarcane.
