目的 观察电击致死大鼠的心、脑、肺、皮肤超微结构形态学改变,寻找电击死的法医学鉴定依据。方法 大鼠12只,其中电击致死6只,另6只对照;取心、脑、肺、皮肤,用戊二醛固定、锇酸染色后透射电镜观察。结果 所取组织细胞均见明显细胞凋亡样改变,其中红细胞肿胀变形,充填整个毛细血管管腔。结论 心、脑、肺、皮肤组织细胞与血管内皮细胞的超微结构形态改变对鉴定电流死有参考价值。
Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of heart, brain, lung and skin in electroshock-killed rats, and to find out the basis of forensic identification of electric shock. Methods Twelve rats were killed by electric shock, 6 were killed by electric shock and the other 6 controls. Corneas, brain, lungs and skin were fixed and fixed with glutaraldehyde and observed by osmium tetroxide. The results showed that the obvious changes of apoptotic cells were observed, in which erythrocyte swelling and deformation, filling the entire capillary lumen. Conclusion The ultrastructural changes of heart, brain, lung, skin tissue and vascular endothelial cells have reference value to identify current death.
