2000年11月，四川省西充县渔政站接到养殖户举报受理了一起鱼苗买卖纠纷案。经调查、举证，查实了卖鱼苗者是一伙以此为幌子到处行骗的犯罪团伙。受此案的警示，该县渔政人员遂对全县养殖户进行了全面调查，发现近年来到此行骗者人数达100多人，受骗群众达1000余户，被诈骗金额
In November 2000, Fishery Administration Station of Xichong County, Sichuan Province, received a report from the farmer that a fry sale dispute was accepted.
