目的探讨二维超声联合彩色多普勒诊断甲状腺微小癌(TMC)的临床应用价值。方法选择TMC患者68例为观察对象,另选同期诊治的65例甲状腺良性结节患者为对照组。所有患者均给予二维超声联合彩色多普勒检查,并经病理学确诊。根据病理诊断结果,判断超声检查结果及两组血流信号分布情况。结果二维超声联合彩超诊断TMC的敏感度、特异度及准确度分别为86.7%、81.5%、84.2%;观察组血流显像Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型比例明显低于对照组,Ⅲ型比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合彩色多普勒诊断TMC具有显著的价值,针对漏诊与误诊情况,临床仍需结合其他辅助手段进行诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma (TMC). Methods Sixty-eight patients with TMC were selected as the observation subjects, and 65 patients with benign thyroid nodules who were diagnosed and treated at the same time were selected as the control group. All patients were given two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler examination, and confirmed by pathology. According to the results of pathological diagnosis, to determine the results of ultrasound and blood flow distribution of the two groups. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of TMC were 86.7%, 81.5% and 84.2% respectively. The ratio of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler has significant value in the diagnosis of TMC. In view of the misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis, it is still necessary to combine with other auxiliary methods to diagnose TMC.
