以溢流调节的自激式水幕除尘器为研究对象,通过试验探究风量和节流强度对除尘器全压损的影响规律。试验表明,在固定节流强度下,增加风量,全压损增幅分3阶段变化;固定风量时,增加节流强度,全压损以抛物线形式增长;风量影响全压损的各阻力项,对全压损的影响关系复杂,节流强度仅与节流阻力和气、液接触阻力相关。
Taking the self-excited water curtain duster with overflow regulation as the research object, the influence law of air volume and throttling strength on the total pressure loss of the duster was investigated through experiments. The experimental results show that the increase of wind pressure and total pressure loss change in three stages under the fixed throttling intensity. When the fixed airflow is increased, the throttling intensity increases and the total pressure loss increases in the form of parabola. The effect of total pressure loss is complicated, and the throttling strength is only related to the throttling resistance and the gas and liquid contact resistance.
