设计救护车病床平衡系统的机械系统,实现救护车病床在行进中保持水平状态,而无须顾忌地形的变化。利用平衡状态检测装置将病床状态送至单片机,控制步进电机的转动,并设计出独特的机器人关节将滚珠导轨与病床相连接,实现病床三个支脚的升降,从而达到保持水平平衡的目的。救护车病床平衡系统最大可以消除35°倾角、水平误差在±1°以内,反应速度0.3 s。该救护车病床平衡系统成功实现了在行进中保持病床水平状态,避免了因救护车在上下坡过程中倾斜而使患者病情加重的情况。

The ambulance’s bed balance system successfully achieved the condition of keeping the bed level while traveling and avoided the condition of the patient aggravating due to the ambulance being inclined during the ups and downs.
