指出当前Web已成为大量组织获取知识的重要来源,如何结合组织中知识工作者的任务和问题等业务情境,从海量的Web资源中获取知识并为知识工作者提供适时恰当的知识服务,成为一个重要的课题。从知识服务理念出发,在阐述组织知识服务含义与特点的基础上,分析利用Web资源为组织提供知识服务的需求,构建包括运行时阶段和构建时阶段的基于Web资源的组织知识服务实现流程。在此基础上,建立基于Web资源的组织知识服务系统,并通过具体实例说明其应用与效果。
It is pointed out that the current Web has become an important source of knowledge acquisition for a large number of organizations. How to combine the business situations of knowledge workers such as tasks and problems in the organization to acquire knowledge from massive Web resources and provide appropriate and timely knowledge services to knowledge workers becomes one Important topic. Based on the concept of knowledge service, this paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of knowledge service, analyzes the need of using Web resources to provide knowledge service for organizations, and builds the process of realizing organization knowledge service based on Web resources including run-time phase and build-time phase. On this basis, we set up an organization knowledge service system based on Web resources and illustrate its application and effectiveness through concrete examples.
