为适应新干线列车进一步提速以实现350 km/h~400 km/h的运营,需要开发适应高速运行的车轴轴承油封。文章介绍了基于现行油封的台架试验,查明现用油封在高速运行时漏油的原因,从油封材料与结构入手进行改进。也介绍了将开发出的油封样品实施高速运行台架试验的结果,表明样品在相当于运行距离75万km的旋转试验中未漏油,密封唇无剥离,可适应列车高速运行。
In order to further accelerate the Shinkansen trains for operations from 350 km / h to 400 km / h, it is necessary to develop an axle bearing oil seal that is suitable for high-speed operation. This paper introduces the bench test based on the current oil seal to find out the reasons for the oil leakage when the oil seal is used at high speed. The improvement from the oil seal material and the structure is introduced. The test results of the oil seal samples developed at high speed are also introduced. The results show that the sample has no oil leakage in the rotation test corresponding to the running distance of 750,000 km, and the seal lip does not peel, which can adapt to the high speed operation of the train.
