教学实践告诉我们,教师的努力状态与学生的学习成效之间并非都成正比关系,而学生学习效果的好坏,往往取决于学生的学习状态积极与否,因此,及时调整学生的学习状态显得尤为重要。语文教师应如何采取有效措施,促进学生自我调节,保持积极的学习状态?通过对不同班级教师的做法的调查以及自己在小学语文教学中的实践,笔者发现以下策略比较适用。
Teaching practice tells us that the state of teachers’ efforts is not directly proportional to the effectiveness of students’ learning.
