塑料制品的很多缺陷都与塑料在模具中的流动方式有关。因此对注塑成型来说,最重要的是控制塑料在模具中的流动。通过华塑CAE软件对熔体在模具中的流动进行模拟分析,预测熔体流动前沿的推进方式、填充过程中的压力和温度变化、气穴和熔接痕的位置等,有助于工艺人员在试模前对可能出现的缺陷进行预测,找出原因,改进产品的结构设计和模具设计,提高一次试模的成功率。
Many defects in plastic products are related to how the plastic flows in the mold. So for injection molding, the most important thing is to control the flow of plastic in the mold. Through the Hua-CAE software simulation of the melt flow in the mold simulation to predict the flow front of the melt flow way, the filling process pressure and temperature changes, the location of cavitation and weld marks, to help craft staff in the Provisional model before the possible defects to predict, find out the reasons for improving the product structure design and mold design, improve the success rate of a test mode.
