本文通过建立磨削系统的动力学模型,研究了磨床动态特性对砂轮磨削点与工件之间振动的影响。介绍了动力学模型的建模方法。并通过实际结构的动态试验数据来建立动力学模型。通过对此模型的求解考察了各振动因素对砂轮工件间振动的影响。本计算方法通过与试验曲线的对比考察了其可靠性。给出了必要的图表。
In this paper, the dynamic model of the grinding system is established to study the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the grinding machine on the vibration between the grinding wheel grinding point and the workpiece. The modeling method of dynamic model is introduced. And through the actual structure of the dynamic test data to establish a dynamic model. Through the solution of this model, the influence of each vibration factor on the vibration of the grinding wheel workpiece was investigated. The calculation method is compared with the test curve to study its reliability. The necessary chart is given.
