最近十多年,国外铁矿石的直接还原技术发展较快,特别是天然气丰富、水力发电发达的国家,逐渐在发展直接还原,目前以委内瑞拉,墨西哥,伊朗等国发展较快。全世界许多国家新建和扩建了不少直接还原工厂,因此全世界直接还原的生产能力增加较快。各国现有和计划增建的直接还原工厂的生产能力列于表1。北美洲、拉丁美洲及全世界1967~1980年直接还原生产能力的增长如附图。直接还原发展较快的主要原因:(1)直接还原——电炉炼钢,在经济上优于高炉——精炉炼钢法;(2)超级铁精矿不含铜、镍有害元素,经直接还原后作电炉炼钢原料比用废钢优越,因为废钢中含有铜、镍元素;(3)据估计,八十年代
In recent ten years, the direct reduction technology of foreign iron ore has developed rapidly. Especially in countries rich in natural gas and developed hydropower, the country is gradually developing direct reduction. At present, Venezuela, Mexico, Iran and other countries are developing rapidly. Many direct recovery plants have been newly built and expanded in many countries throughout the world, so the production capacity of direct reduction worldwide has increased rapidly. The production capacities of direct reduction plants in existing and planned countries in each country are shown in Table 1.
