目的评估急性脑卒中开始后24h内脑扩散加权(DW)和灌注加权(PW)MRI病变不匹配的存在,利用不匹配数据和近端动脉闭塞(PAO)的血管造影证据研究不匹配的存在是否取决于近端动脉闭塞(PAO)的存在。方法经机构审查委员会同意,符合HIPAA,回顾性研究了109例脑卒中后24h内行DWI和PWI的病人。相对的不匹配在平均通过时间图病变容积与DWI间被计算出有差别,由DW病变容积分开。CT血管成像或MR血管成像显示近端动脉闭塞(PAO)的病人有68例,而无PAO(NPAO)的有41例。两个不同的判定标准被用以确定假定溶栓:①获得成功去氨辅酶急性缺血性发作试验(DIAS)和去氨辅酶加量急性缺血性发作试验(DEDAS);
Objectives To assess the presence of mismatch between brain diffusion-weighted (DW) and perfusion-weighted (PW) MRI lesions within 24 hours after the onset of acute stroke and to investigate whether the presence of mismatch exists using mismatch data and angiographic evidence of proximal arterial occlusion (PAO) Depends on the presence of proximal arterial occlusion (PAO). Methods The HIPAA was approved by the institutional review board, and 109 patients who underwent DWI and PWI within 24 h after stroke were retrospectively studied. The relative mismatch was calculated between the volume of lesion and DWI on average time passage, and was differentiated by volume of DW lesion. There were 68 patients with proximal arterial occlusion (PAO) on CT angiography or MR angiography, compared with 41 on non-PAO (NPAO).
