前一个时期,笔者到去年夏季遭受水淹的档案部门调查灾后档案的抢救情况,并在整理受灾档案的过程中,对档案上的不同字迹材料在水淹后的变化情况进行观察和记载。现将调查结果报告如下: 蓝黑墨水字迹均出现不同程度的洇化和扩散。轻者在字迹的边缘出现模糊的“阴影”,但字迹依然清晰;严重者模糊一片,字迹较难辨认,扩散部分呈蓝色或淡蓝色。但不论扩散怎样严重,字迹不会消失,呈浅黑色。出现上述情况的原因是由于蓝黑墨水中的着色剂成分——酸性墨水蓝溶于水中的结果。蓝黑墨水进水后,酸性墨水蓝首先溶解于水中,并沿着纸张纤维之间的孔隙逐渐向周围移动、扩散,面积不断扩大,所以出现上述现象。 纯蓝墨水字迹洇化、扩散十分严重。轻者虽然还有字迹的痕迹,但已很难辨认;重者字迹已基本
