基于MSC.NASTRAN通用结构分析软件用有限元法对某卫星平台轻量化设计进行了研究。主承力结构选用新型网格状复合材料承力筒结构,优化目标为结构质量最轻。在结构强度、刚度和稳定性,满足卫星平台使用要求的约束条件下,讨论了承力筒的网格交角、网格数、网格截面尺寸与蒙皮厚度、铺层方式,以及材料选择等优化变量的确定。对根据优化结果制造的1∶1的承力筒结构的实验验证证明结构优化正确。
Based on the MSC.NASTRAN general structure analysis software, the lightweight design of a satellite platform was studied by finite element method. The main load-bearing structure uses a new grid-like composite material tube structure, the optimization objective is the lightest structural quality.
