北京邮政中心局是北京市邮政管理局所属的一个二级单位。在“零增长”政策的影响下，一些艰苦岗位缺员十分严重。随着用工制度改革的深化，我局招用了大批外地合同青工，并全部充实到生产第一线。这在很大程度上填补了一线人员空缺，缓解了劳动力不足与业务量上升的矛盾。但 Beijing Post Central Bureau is a secondary unit owned by the Beijing Postal Administration. With the deepening reform of the employment system, our bureau recruit a large number of young workers in foreign contracts and fully substantiate the production line.
