目的:观察姜黄素联合阿司匹林对血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力的改善作用及其对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和血液流变学的影响。方法:采用不同时点分别结扎左、右颈总动脉建立血管性痴呆动物模型,分为姜黄素与阿司匹林联合用药组、姜黄素组、盐酸多奈哌齐对照组、模型空白对照组及假手术组,分别灌胃给药4周后,应用Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠学习记忆能力;同时测定脑组织海马和皮质SOD活性、MDA的含量、NO的含量及NOS活性,脉取血检测血液流变学指标。结果:姜黄素(300mg/kg)与阿司匹林(10mg/kg)联合用药组大鼠平均逃避潜伏期较模型组明显缩短,空间搜索实验通过平台次数较模型组有明显的增加;姜黄素与阿司匹林联合用药能明显拮抗脑缺血引起的SOD活性下降及MDA含量升高;也明显降低NOS活性及NO含量;姜黄素与阿司匹林联合用药组大鼠全血黏度中切、低切、血浆黏度和血沉有显著性降低,具有良好的改善血液流变学作用。结论:姜黄素与阿司匹林联合用药可改善血管性痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力,可能与其改善血液流变学作用及其抗氧自由基作用有关,其作用比单用姜黄素更佳。
Objective: To observe the effects of curcumin and aspirin on learning and memory of vascular dementia model rats and its effects on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide Enzyme (NOS) and hemorheology. Curcumin combined with aspirin Can significantly antagonize cerebral ischemia-induced SOD activity decreased and MDA content increased; also significantly reduce the activity of NOS and NO content; curcumin and aspirin combined group of rats with whole blood viscosity in the cut, low cut, plasma viscosity and ESR were significant Reduce sexual, have good effect of improving hemorheology. CONCLUSION: The combination of curcumin and aspirin can improve the learning and memory abilities of rats with vascular dementia, which may be related to the improvement of hemorrheology and the effect of antioxidant free radical. The effect of curcumin and aspirin is better than curcumin alone.
